  • 9:00-9:30 – Opening and thoughts for the day
  • 9:30-10:30 – Morning meditation and bibliotherapy writing exercise including relevant readings
  • 10:30 -12:00 – Yoga flow accompanied by live meditation music, personal bibliotherapy writing exercise, and sharing (with wellness practitioners)
  • 12:00-13:30 – Light lunch and naturopathy workshop
  • 13:30-14:30 –Personal time
  • 14:30-16:00 – Individual wellness treatments (requires prior sign-up)—Reiki, hot stones, crystals, aromatherapy, sound healing
    16:00-17:00 – Final meditation and conclusion
