Travellers With Physical Limitations
Israel Seminar will make all reasonable accommodations to meet the needs of our tour participants with physical limitations. Tour participants requiring any form of assistance or special accommodation are required to notify Israel Seminar in writing at the time of reservation and Israel Seminar will use its good efforts to accommodate the tour participant’s needs. Tour participants requiring assistance on a regular or routine basis must be accompanied by an individual responsible for providing those services. Tour managers, guides, drivers or other suppliers are not able to provide assistance other than on a sporadic basis as it makes it impossible for them to fulfill their regular and required obligations. Due to space limitations, special advance arrangements may need to be made to accommodate wheelchairs and walkers aboard motor coaches. Israel Seminar reserves the right to remove any person from a tour who has not provided the required notification and has not received written confirmation from Israel Seminar. All related expenses, including those to return home, will be borne by the passenger.
Group Harmony
To ensure the desired group synergy, Israel Seminar reserves the right to accept, reject or expel any individual who is deemed disruptive or incompatible with the interests of the group. All expenses to do so will be borne by the passenger.

Passports & Visas
Passengers are responsible for ensuring that they have the proper travel documents and MUST CHECK with the respective consulate(s) or visa agency to determine whether any visas or passports are required. Passports should be valid for at least 6 months from date of departure from Israel.
CANCELLAITON POLICY
(In accordance with the Israel consumer protection regulations)
If cancellation is received in writing by our office:
1. Up to 31 days before arrival date – 100% Refunded
2. Between 30 – 16 days before arrival – 75% Refunded
3. Between 15 – 8 days before arrival – 50%Refunded
4. On or after 7 days before arrival– No Refunds
5. Cancellation of a specific program or activity while you are in Israel will not guarantee a refund.
Cancellation fees apply regardless of the reason, including medical and family matters. We highly encourage you to take out separate, comprehensive travel insurance that will cover unexpected cancellations.
* As per Israeli consumer law, remote transactions can be cancelled with no penalty fourteen days from date of purchase.
Customer Service
All customer service issues and refund requests must be submitted in writing and received no later than 30 days after your return. Refunds are subject to a processing fee of $50 plus any hotel and/or supplier charges incurred. Claims for unused services should be substantiated in writing by local representatives. Processing of claims will take up to six weeks from the date Israel Seminar receives relevant documents. There will be no refunds for unused package tour services or features, including missed transfers due to airline changes and/or missed flights, unused meals, missed sightseeing tours, unused entrance fees, and accommodations. No terms set forth may be changed by anyone other than an authorized representative of Israel Seminar and must be documented in writing. Israel Seminar is not obliged to guarantee promises (written or verbal) made by local hotel staff, tour guides, or any other persons not under direct employ of Israel Seminar.
Responsibility
The Israel Seminar Ltd., (hereinafter called the Tour Operators), act only as an agent for the various companies, owners or contractors providing the means of transportation, accommodation and other services. All exchange orders, coupons and tickets are offered subject to the Terms and Conditions under which such services are offered or provided. The issuance and acceptance of such tickets shall be deemed to be consent to the further conditions that the Tour Operators shall not be in any way liable for injury, damage, loss, accident, delay or irregularity in any vehicle, or through the acts or defaults of any company or person engaged in conveying the passenger/s or of any hotel proprietor, personnel or servant otherwise in connection therewith. The transportation companies concerned are not to be held responsible for any act, omission or event during the time passengers are not on board their conveyances. The Israel Seminar does not assume responsibility for airlines, or hotels overbooking, cancellations, or delays. The Israel Seminar is not responsible for any delay, damages, costs, and injury sustained by a tour participant arising from, caused by, or related to, any circumstances of Force Majeure, including without limitation, fire, war, act of God, weather conditions, civil unrest, acts of criminality or terrorism, strike, governmental action, or any other circumstances beyond our control. When same arises, we will use our efforts or ask our service and accommodation providers to use their efforts to make necessary accommodation with respect to same, as may be reasonable under the circumstances. The Israel Seminar reserves the right to withdraw any tour or change any touring services or accommodations and to make such alterations as may be found desirable for the proper carrying out of the tours. In the event it becomes necessary or advisable in our or our supplier’s discretion to alter the arrangements or the itineraries for the tour participant’s comfort, welfare or safety, such alternations can be made without penalty to us or the service provider. The right is reserved to decline to accept or retain any person as a member of any group at any time. The issuance and acceptance by the tour participant of any documents in connection with a tour is considered acceptance by the tour participant of this condition.
Validity
All prices quoted are based on exchange rates as of January 1, 2015 and are subject to change without notice. If the U.S. dollar devalues by 3% from the local currency or more, Israel Seminar reserves the right to increase prices accordingly.
Terms and Cancellation policies for a specific trip
