Two-day

16 hours including evening activity + overnight

Day 1:

  • 9:00-9:30 – Opening and thoughts for the day
  • 9:30-11:00 – Morning meditation and yoga flow accompanied by live meditation music with wellness practitioners
  • 11:00-12:30 – Foraging excursion and session on healing herbs
  • 12:30-14:00 – Gourmet foraging lunch and naturopathy workshop
  • 14:00-16:00 –Personal time
  • 16:00-17:30 – Individual wellness treatments (requires prior sign-up)—Reiki, hot stones, crystals, aromatherapy, sound healing
  • 18:00-21:00 – Candle meditation and evening yoga flow followed by vegetarian bonfire dinner

Day 2:

  • 9:00-10:00 – Opening and reflection on day 1
  • 10:00-11:00 – Morning meditation and bibliotherapy writing exercise including relevant readings
  • 11:00-12:30 – Yoga flow accompanied by live meditation music, personal bibliotherapy writing exercise, and sharing (with wellness practitioners)
  • 12:30-14:00 – Light lunch and naturopathy workshop
  • 14:00-15:30 –Personal time
  • 15:30-17:00 – Glow yoga (in the dark with ultraviolet paint) with Samara Yoga cool down and meditation
  • 17:00-18:00 –Conclusion and sharing
